Mike Russo has a long track record as a successful real estate professional and entrepreneur. He’s been a Vice President at one of the largest real estate franchisors, Realogy/Cendant and was part of both the Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty brands. In 2009 Mike created and founded a digital marketing platform called Rezora. At that time Russo also served as director of business development and COO of Concierge Auctions, a global real estate marketplace specializing in the auction sale of luxury homes. During his tenure, Russo spearheaded many sales and technology initiatives that helped Concierge grow to more than $1 billion in historical sales in just seven years. In addition two of his companies have become part of the Inc 5000. All of this has culminated in his vision for Particip8 Realty.
Max Romer, Chief Technology Officer and Product Manager for Particip8, leads the delivery of the long term vision of the business from internal technology demands as well as the ongoing development of the products associated with the brand. Having been active in the digital creative and software industries for the past 20 years, he has played a founding role in innovative global projects including mobile auction technology for non-profits.
When Paula bought her first home, and the excitement of navigating the possibilities inspired her to enter the real estate business. Every house is different, each one tells a story. And as a stern mother, she understands that clients want to find the perfect home for their families. She makes an otherwise complicated process easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Paula knows that buying and selling a house is a major life decision, and she uses a detail-oriented, stress-free approach to help clients find the best property available. A true New Englander at heart, Paula spends her weekends enjoying the outdoors or cheering on local sports teams. She studied Business Management at Pine Manor College, graduating with a minor in entrepreneurship and marketing. Now she’s using her decisive, diplomatic attitude, and warm smile to help families get exactly what they need when selecting a home.
